I think my course is 26 weeks + the 2 weeks before as my run time wasn't amazing.

My run time on a great day 8 - 9 mins, my run at ADSC 11!!!!! absolutly dissapointing.. people know how bad runing with a stitch is, word of advice don't eat a massive meal in the morning! haha

Yeah thats why at ADSC i had cereal on the mornin of my run. i got 9.34 on my run

Yeah i had a mass amount of food, i spent 6hours on a train there then ages stood up! and was starving in the morning lol
But yeah screwd my self over...
A lad fainted on first parade at ADSC haha.

It was hilerious, all i heard was scrabbling feet and then bdoof and i heard his head hit the floor, sounded like a pingpong ball on a hollow wall great...
