I never have nose bleeds
I only have to look at a pair of gloves and my nose just starts to pour. I've never been knocked out fighting my self, though I have blacked out when training on a few occasions . Once when cross country running on my own though a wood... I stupidly decided I’d beast my self by trying some hill sprints at the end of my normal run few sprints later I was lying flat out in a pile of fern bushes

You learn as you go though I suppose

Have you broken your nose before I heard that can make it fragile... I've never feinted either :) , I tend to throw up though when I go to hard which is not nice.

Possibly, though I doubt it been broken, has been quite messy before though at one point it was bleeding 2-3 times a day but the doc gave us some cream to use and that stopped it (something to do with a blood vessel)

My coach recons you can get the inside of you’re noise burnt shut to stop frequent bleeding.

As for chucking up I think that’s just a natural reaction to hard work, I have on the odd occasion but I’d guess that’s due to eating before a work out also.

Anyways enough clogging up this thread with the nasty of boxing ... It is fun... Honest

This thread has now officially has been side tracked :P... I shall shut up now.

All the best
