Also, how fast was the 1.5 sprint(roughly)?
How chuffed are you right now?

Thanks
The 1.5 mile is run at the fastest pace your legs will take you for the distance, the faster the better. They said "don't pace yourselves" just run your arse off.
Personal Admin, cleaning etc - theres ALOT but even more in recruit training which shocked me even though i knew it was alot. Its boring but it has to be done.
Yep i'm chuffed, just extremely tired and i now have a cold

- skin on my lips are hanging off because of the cold
Now i'm bricking it about RT.

The Admin on the 16/01 course was very relaxed, as long as we polished our boots, made the beds and swept the floor they were happy enough !
Was Cpl W****n in charge ?
He had a good laugh with us, our room had two Matlos and they got torn to shreds by him
"Everybody in bed by 22:00..... make sure the Matlos are in there own bed"

what sorta stuff is there on the high obsticle course..
iv only ever done a death slide, which was ok, just kinda look at my hands and push off and then its just like a rollercoaster.
im not particularily scared of heights (obviously im a bit nervous if im real high up on an unsteady surface, but i could get over it.)
