Racists are almost always brought up around other people of a common race. This distance from races different to their own can make the person extremely less sensitive to people from a differing race, making it hard for them to understand or get along with them. This is what we call, in the game, IGNORANCE.
Racism is the most lowest form of collectivism. This is your example to the youth? Grow up.

Its aimed at the racists. And yes, Xenophobia is enormously dangerous.
