The offical allowed run time may be 12:30 or whatever but different recruiting offices may give you different targets so you have a higher chance of passing ADSC.

My Careers Sgt said under 11 mins for standard entry and aim for 9min if directly joining the Para's. My PB is 9:17, did 9:19 the other day and want to get down to 9:00 flat before selection. Doesn't matter how many times i do it...still hate it but needs be.

Think I started 1st or 2nd week in April, I got ADSC so quickly because there was another lad from my office who wasn't ready so they pulled him off and put me in his place.

in it it has taken me 5 months to grt to this stage, starting to get board of waiting

So it's taken you little over a month from app to finishing ADSC?
That must be a new record! Well done though, have you got your start date yet?
