I've got this exaggerated reaction to really strenious exercise which tricks my brain into thinking my blood pressure is too high, which in turn signals for the blood pressure to plummet, and then I have to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Sorry, but what you described isn't dehydration. If you were dehydrated then resting would not help as you would need to re hydrate to alleviate the symptoms.

Try Googling the symptoms or as mentioned earlier ask your Doctor (who I assume suggested Dehydration)?

Don't get snotty, If you also look at the replies you were given, you were told to Ask for the name of the condition we know the doc didn't initially give you one.

As for people being abrupt if you look through the various threads on here very good advice is given, sadly a lot of potential recruits come on here wanting "expert" opinion we can't do that but they are given fairly basic answers. These answers are usually given with a good reason for or against....

Get down to the AFCO see the Doc and hopefully all will be well, best case you get in. Worst case they find out whats wrong with you and it may be treatable/fixable.

Ohno.............You asked a question and I gave you an answer, and if you don't like it tough. You asked if you could be in the Army and from what you are saying is that with violent exercise your body or brain can't cope with it and you have to rest before you can go on. Now let me ask you just how do you see this panning out if you are under fire in Afghanistan and you have a huge pack on back and carrying a large amount of ammunition and you have to run all over the place in very high temperatures, then your body throws a wobbly you collapse then the other soldiers have to put their lives at risk to rescue you. Do you honestly expect the Army to accept you, why not join the Navy and ride around on a boat all day.
Do you expect me to say that all is fine and the Army will accept you and every thing will be fine, and believe me that they will soon find out if you can cope during training and you should not ask the questions if you think you wont like the answers
