As others have said before Liam let's get some posotive mentallity. You should be enjoying the whole process. Everybody gets set backs, i had a MASSIVE one!

I passed selection in May this year and was given a date of 23rd August to go to ITC Catterick. All was well until about 6 weeks before i was due to go i was told there had been a huge mistake and there wasn't a space on the August intake for me but my recruiter would book me on the next available space. Ok so i was a bit gutted but thought "never mind i'll be in September/October". I rang my recruiter every week, and got the same reply "Sorry mate, no news yet, i'll ring you when a date has been confirmed". Then in September I recieved a call form my recruiter telling me the next available intake was 10th January 2010! At first i was fuming but quickly came round to the thought that this was out of my control so there is no point crying about something i can not change. I quickly saw the posotive side which was i had a huge amount of time to carry on my fitness training. Ever since i had my date confirmed i have trained, trained and trained more and now i'm almost 5 weeks away.

I'm not trying to rub it in i'm just showing you that when you think all is lost it's not all doom and gloom and their is always light at the end of tunnel. You just got to keep posotive and have a sense of humour.
