LOOXERY???
When I were a lad we went down pit at five am and didn't get oot till whistle blow,'ad five minutes to our's dinner then back doon again.
After shift were ower we'd walk three miles 'ome for five minutes and then back t'pit which took fifteen minutes as it was uphill,both ways,barefoot,in the snow.
Arrrr...Thems were the days.
Kid's today don't know what their missing.
