i have selection in 2 weeks and can do everything except pullups. i can do 4 so does that matter as long as you pass everything else?

If you are having trouble with heaves, the thing that will help the most is practice. Buy a chin-up bar for your door-way and just bang out your max everytime you go through the door. They are only a tenner or so from Argos.

ta... na my careers sgt said minimum 55 push ups 60 sitsparaprep1 wrote:croker you aren't required to do pushups at selection mate... unless something has changed. but in any case i would recommend banging out as many as you can do at least 4-5 times per day if you still what to improve, do more reps every week.
The sit ups and press ups are required for basic training not for selection.
