SPC is a 2 week course course before ADSC mate. My Run time was 11:14 so I have to go 2 weeks earlier to shed a few seconds of my run time

If i wasnt doing the spc i would be going 22nd same as all of you, so when you come ill be with everyone that comes on the 22nd but i will of been there 2 weeks already. If your going for paras though you will be 2nd infantry training batt ill be 1st as guards & paras are 2nd

No Richard, it's a course for those who were mere seconds from their 1st chosen job choice, this gives them a chance to keep their job choice and crack up fitness.

So far all I've got is an iron. Argos convinced me to part with £40 because it said best iron in the world lol.
I bought a phillips iron for £70 when i went in last time, everyone wished they had bought a decent one, if you get a sh1t one you will waste much more time ironing your kit than you need too.
tip: if you do get a gucci one try not to let ppl know or they keep asking to borrow it.
BUY A GOOD IRON FFS!

Not at all. Hasn't bothered me in the slightest. Then again we don't get much ice in these parts.

ye mate big time. I ran when the snow first came, that was ok because there was a bit of grip, but now i don't want to risk it because i'm waiting for my selection and i don't want to get injured before that.
I've been getting myself down to the gym and going running on the tredmill. 30-40 mins at a good pace and a slight incline. It's not the same as running outside, but atleast your getting cardio done

Yeah I went running this morning and slipped over like some sort of a mong and split my knee open

. Suppose it would have been quite funny for anyone who had seen me though.
