Another thing is, when i first applied for the army when i was 16 i went to Lichfield and got sent home for a suspected heart murmor which i know a lot of people do. I go it checked out and cleared went back passed selection and everything but didn't get my first choice which was AAC at the time and Paras was my second (wish i took it now instead of changing my mind!) Eye sight was reason i didnt get AAC!

Anyway rambled a bit then, whats going to annoy me is if i get down there and sent back for suspected heart murmor again as it will just delay things more! grr!!

That shouldn't happen as the results from when you went to see the cardiologist should still be in your records. I got deferred over a heart murmur and when I joined the 2nd time I never had to go back to see the specialist.

But that was 3 years a go now, so not sure if they will still have them. They never had me on the records when i went back to re-apply in the same careers office this time!

Just an update I went to the insight course at the start of this month and my PB's are now:

1.5m - 8:39
57 press ups
83 sit ups
13 heaves

So now got a letter saying that I should come for an interveiw in 3 weeks does this mean that my medical forms have been cleared? they have taken nearly 2 months!
