Didn't know you were into fairytales where the Princess lives happily ever after.
All I know is a few days ago his occupation read something along the lines of potential Marine. All of a sudden he has completed his recruit training and become a PTI.

Just fancied a bit of passive entertainment from Walter effing Mitty here is all. Looks like he's not on at the mo. Probably out sweating his tits off giving some gash recruits a right good and proper beasting.

No, it said "Full time loser / waiting for the marines" (or something like that), which gives us the impression that you are a potential marine, not Cpl Brookers like you say you are. Prove it, or feck off.

To be fair I Have seen guys with knee injuries being told to do squats. They initially start them unweighted with a swiss ball against a wall abd build from there.

We're not doubting that leg strengthening exercises aren't beneficial to those with knee injuries. The point is the brooksey told the original poster to do squats when he has not examined the knee in question, let alone whether he is at all qualified to advise on knee problems in the first place. A knee injury on one person is not the same knee injury as on the other. If you follow brooksey's (or anyone who gives specific medical advice over the internet) without seeking inspection from a specialist then perhaps you deserve the potential for chronic knee problems.
