Sounds like my problem matey, take some time off running by replacing it with swimming / biking then when you feel ready ease yourself back into running. Basically, the problem I found out I had was that I ran on my toes and was putting a sh1te load of impact upon too few muscles which eventually led to me being pushed away from running for a few months. Now obviously Im no physio so I suggest you book in with a physio and get them to assess your running style as that may be the issue.

Just thought I would mention I had a similar problem recently and was advised part of the problem other than pushing myself to hard was to do with my trainers.

May be an idea for you to go to a proper running shop where they will asses your feet and the way you run and fit you with a nice pair with the right support for you.
