Agreed.marinewannabe wrote:Well done on passing lads, and i'll give you a bit of advice , If your given two dates for R.T one been later then the other then pick the later one , enjoy your freedom , get your phys upto top scratch . I made the mistake of taking an R.T date 10 days after prmc.
I don't agree with this mate, aslong as you are working flat out in training whether it be field phys or gym work you shouldn't really ever peakGGHT wrote: Agreed.
Also, keep your phys ticking over but don't go in fitter than PRMC level as you may well peak too early in training like me and hangout.
I agree. Maybe elite athletes can say that they are at the peak of their physical fitness but very few others can make that claim...ever.Darren82 wrote:I don't agree with this mate, aslong as you are working flat out in training whether it be field phys or gym work you shouldn't really ever peakGGHT wrote: Agreed.

I was given 2 dates and I chose the first one (28th jan and 10th Dec)Firstly, I want to get paid over Christmas, second I get 2 weeks leave for christmas and then get long week-end leave a week after going back when I complete foundation, and thridly, I've been waiting for this long enough to be as prepared as I'm ever gonna be. Even regarding my fitness I really don't think I'm capable of getting that much fitter without getting out of my comfort zone.Well done on passing lads, and i'll give you a bit of advice , If your given two dates for R.T one been later then the other then pick the later one , enjoy your freedom , get your phys upto top scratch .
