If you're having trouble running 1.5 in 10 mins by the time you get to PRMC you will struggle in training
Heartbreak Lane is pretty much flat apart from a slight incline from the pub where the best effort begins, in trainers sub 9 mins should be acheivable on the day taking into consideration adrenaline, competing with the other lads etc
