Not as big as mr markus ruhl - biggest bodybuilder, not the best, but hes still currently the biggest. You wouldnt believe the actual size of them until you've seen them for real.

Hahah! No i just used to train at a bodybuilding gym, not to bodybuild, but i was just putting on muscle and power for ruggers so i could bosh the big lads out the way as i was starting to play senior team rugby. I good old ruck with these lads, week in, week out, does your body the power of good! Seriously!
As far as Artists comments go - yeah they usually do!
But these guys are big for one reason - its their sport. What you see there is some massive, prefessional german bodybuilder who has about 1-2% of water retention left inside his body - NO THANK YOU!
The diet for that is absolutely horrible, especially when these guys diet for a show/competition - horrible. Some of them take it way too far. As far as that d!ckhead with the huge arms goes - he just wanted to have the biggest arms in the world - hes a prat. Nearly killed himself in the process.
Just let it be known - it is IMPOSSIBLE to get that big without using steroids - end of.
Depending on your dedication - bodybuilding is painful work!
Back on subject though - yeah, popeye's got small guns, his foreamrs are massive though - he must w*nk alot
