I was orange 9... The "scruffy c*nt" made to stand up in front of the group on the first night (make sure your shirt is tucked in when you get there)... and I carried Chris Bell for the piggy back part of bottom field. f@#k' knackered me out.
Scores - I got 58 press ups (I could have done more but for some reason the guy counting mine stood up!?!?) 84 sit ups, 6 pull ups and 11.2 on the bleep test.
Twas good fun

Ah yeah polynikes you were in my room. Those piggy backs were hard. I got 9.36 on the run, 37 press ups, 66 sits, 6 pull ups and 11.2 on the bleep test and 4.50 on assault corse(fell in on monkey bars not a good idea!) So as you see pretty average scores but it shows if you put the effort in you can make it.

can i ask what you fellas wore to go down there?
also i went on a RMAD in birmingham which was supposedly run the same as day 1 on PRMC, we had PTIs and PRMC staff from lympstone..
I was just wondering if any of you had been on a RMAD and could genuinely compare it to the PRMC. i got good scores on the acquaint day but am still a litle bit worried about the determination test.. any advice on specific training for this?
Thanks
And well done on passing lads!

I wore a shirt and tie... Just keep it tucked so you look presentable.
For the determination tests we ran up this hill, round the cone at the top, then back down before doing 10 press ups / situps / squat thrusts and repeat like 5 / 6 times? There were a few normal sprints thrown in aswell like to a wall and back. They finished with piggy backs. If you're gonna practise anything for the determination tests I'd say hill sprints. I did these before I went there and found the hill easier than most.

Agreed Corporal F was a top bloke. On my PRMC he came in to our room a couple of nights and talked to us for ages-kind of allowed us to see the other side of the corporals
