I know what thats like! A few months back I woke up on the I'M A SCAMMER SPAMMER!!! floor with my clothes strewn around the garden.

I was at UWE! In the rowing club we used to do what we called the cresta run from the top of Whiteladies road to the Clifton Triangle, happy days

A couple of brutal all dayers, starting around Frampton Cotterell village it finished with Ramshakle at the Academy on Friday and then it was a house party last night after a curry at the Royal Raj. Good stuff.

My mum found me asleep in the hallway floor this morning, you know you had a good night out when that happens.
I had a bloody good joke to go with that but its a bit too below the belt.

Go on don't be shy.
Tom, there aren't anymore exercises after the 3 miler.

Nope, they've stopped that after the 3 miler now (which is nice!). You just run back over the bridge and form up and march back to the block.

I take it when they said there are no minimums, that means everyone should aim for the maiximums. Or does it mean it depends on how much you go for it. i.e. If you go balls out all the way but don't get great scores, you may still pass.
Just curious, I will be aiming for the maximums when I get to my PRMC.

What they mean just "dig out blind" as they say and leave it all in the gym. If you are a bit feeble and can't do a chin up and are weak across the board you probably won't pass. If you are only weak in a few areas and strong in others that may show that you have the
potential they are looking for.
It's just my opinion but if you are dropping below more then one of the minimums stated on the website then it will be a very close call.
