There will always be some scientist who will manage to 'prove' that something that mankind have been consuming/doing for generations is suddenly bad for you. What next? Don't breathe because the air is polluted?
Anyways, back on topic...
Spaghetti with a tomato and tuna sauce.
Quick, easy and full of goodness. (I'm sure you can all manage to cook this so I won't patronise anyone with the exact cooking instructions).

Lasagna Roll-ups
Ingredients
6 lasagne noodles (9.5 inches long, uncooked)
18 oz. minced turkey breast
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 (half) tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
1/2 (half) tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp fennel seeds
1.5 cups + 0.5 cup + 2 cups, divided low fat marinara sauce
2 oz. + 1 oz. low fat (3 g of fat or less per ounce) mozzerella cheese, finely grated
Method
Preheat the oven to 375 degF/ 190 degC/gas mark 5. Prepare the lasagne noodles according to pacage instructions. When they're finished cooking, drain and run cold water over them. Then, on a large cutting board or clean work surface, lay the noodles flat.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl. mix the turkey with the spices until well combined. Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Tranfer the mixture tot he pre heated pan. Cook until no longer pink. Mix in 1.5 cups of marinara sauce and remove the pan from the heat.
Spread 0.5 cup of the sauce in the bottom of a medium cassarole dish and set it aside.
To assemble the roll ups, devide the meat mixture evenly amoung the noodles and spread it across two thirds of the lenght of each noodle. Sprinkle 2 ouncesof the cheese on top of the meat. Then roll the noodles, making sure that the filling remains inside. Place the rolls sideways in the cassarole dish, so they don't touch. Top them with the remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake covered for 20 mins, then uncovered for five more minutes. Remove from oven and allow to set for five minutes. Makes six roll-ups.
