Well, I'm a shorty at 5'8" and 72kg (5% bodyfat), although back in December, when I was into weights, I was 14.5 stone (10% bodyfat). Got a few stretch marks at the top of my arms from losing the muscle too fast - sudden change to too many eundurance runs, with no weight sessions and low cal diet to blame for that
Oh well.

Truth be told I'm 5 foot 3 inches tall and weigh in at 29 stone.

Sorry I didn't mention my height. Im actually 6'1 or 6'2 and just over 15 stone at the age of 18 - also looking a little chubby.
I'm expecting to lose weight and also increase my general fitness to a standard acceptable to pass PRMC.
I'm just going to push myself.

Howdy, I’m 6'3 and my weight is just under 13 stone.... I want to get it down to 12 before Christmas though! (And no I’m not a fatty)
