my fitness levels are things like 3 mile 20.45 mins, bleep test (last time i did it at college about 2months ago) level 16.3, PJFT 8.22, 80 sit-ups, (finally got my pull-upss to 9 after being stuck on 8 for month's)
i won't metion my press-ups for Artists health.
I need to work on that 3 mile time more though because ive not really been improving on it for a while.
16.3 bleep?? Jeez, I got a better 3 miles time than you and I am only 10.4

16.3 on the bleep! and only 20.45 on the 3miler, me thinks you must be doing a different bleep test to every one else on here.

If thats not the case stop faffing around and get on a PRMC, you will find it a walk in the park, PRMC is not that difficult as long as you are average fitness and have a bit of determination (for the bottom field!!), go for it while the weather is nice :D :D

no from what i know its the 20 metre shuttle run test, i even asked my college tutor if it was a different sort of pleep test and she said no. (but it could be for all i know) only time will tell until i do my PRMC. I suppose it doesnt matter what scores im getting now its the PRMC tesy results that count.

Could of been on a cassette tape maybe, they stretch over time, thus making the bleep test easier.

16.3 is very good, and very possible! Two lads who I play footy without doubt the fittest lads I know can both get level 18. And I don't know where people are getting this 15 meter bleep test from  As I said before, level 16 is very good but what is more important is if you can carry heavy loads all day in bad conditions.

"People" probably think this as there is a variant of the bleep test, the 15metre test, which is used by schools and the such.

Yeh im not being funny lads but over 13 with a 20m and 3miles in 22 mins should be like a warm-up jog. UNLESS your running form is absolutley abysmal.

It was on a CD so no chance of that happening, and it is the 20 meter version not the 15 as it only has the 20 meter version on it.

No the bleep test is over 20m, as at the momment in Hunter 2 we are doing them every day to see weather they are easier in the gym or the drill shed, which ever one is found to be easier it will be done on PRMC aparantly.
