264 potentials are provided with a nifty booklet. Contained within is everything you need to prepare you for selection. It covers everything - what is expected of you, skills required and a very good fitness programme to get you set for selection. However, seeing as you're still a civvy you've got more chance of being sucked off by Pope JP than getting hold of one of these.
Sorry if some of this doesn't make sense, had a bit to drink. Off down the pub to finish myself off now.

Please don't talk about Doc like that so openly, he does read these you know!I know he's not right but he does have feelings! ( the fact that normally when he has a feeling it ends up with him attending court is not the point!)
