I have no experience in serving with women, but get a life.
I have been on a boat (15ft) fishing against a women. She used to say "excuse me" and stick her backside over the side.
Have you never seen a women go to the toilet, they have got to go as well as us men,it is natural, if you get a "kick" out of it, thats something else.
To use that arguement is stupid.
