It is not just the spelling, it was lack of care on your typing which set every one nerves jangling, It was that couldn't care less attitude along with I am going to be an Officer bit. There are enough pricks in the Army with out any more or people that could not care less about the little things that help it along, People can just see you being an officer and bawling some poor little sod out for their appearance while being a walking shit heap. By the way I do hope you find employment in the Air Force they are looking form good people.

A bit of advice - if you are still at school, take some extra English homework. You call it 'Quick Type', the Army will call it sloppy.
If you have left school, then I suggest you look at evening classes. What you consider 'Normal' is extremely sub standard in the eyes of most employers.
As an officer, your communication skills would need to be beyond reproach - soldiers' lives would depend on it. Work on this now, and no crap excuses about 'Quick Type'.

Let me tell you something about how the military works. Someone tells you to do something, you do it. No questions, you just do it. It may seem the wrong thing to do in your eyes but yours is not to reason why, yours is just to do or die. The guys on here are not quitters, they accept what they have to do and do it. They probably achieved more in their first day of Basic Recruit Training than you have in your entire life.

Why do you want to join the Army anyway? Failed at everything else and see it as a soft option? If this is so, I think you will be terribly disappointed.

yes well im not sure how i managed to get an A in english langage and a B in english litirature and am taking it for A level and predicted A/B, but obvouisly i should listen to you becuse you are the almightly military guru. an plus i can write when i want to an on these things i dont really need to, just to make sure grunts can understand it
