i got 19 which is a decent pass but he said if you dont do the three miler your out anyway but i might jus make it up, hopefully. what was ur end score?

does anyone know if you have to do the 20 to 60 press ups in one go or can you do max then stop and carry on aslong as your within the two minutes?

for the 1st part of the bleep test? I was at the end close to the bar where we talked to that man who had been in for 20 years. for my end score I got 21

For the press ups and sit ups, as long as on the press ups your knees dont touch the floor, you can rest, but not for long or else you will get pulled up. Same with sit ups.

I'v been on one of these training days when i was in college.
beardo, the person that you wear talking to, was he a sniper in the marines and in the falklands. Also rob i might be on that PRMC, i have my pjft on the 30th of march, and want the next PRMC date. wato.

Id be surprised if they put you on a PRMC that soon after your PJFT mate, However lately the PRMC's seem to be awfully quiet so there's always a chance lol.

They ask you when you are ready to do the prmc, and if there is one in april then i will do it. Better to get it over and done with. :D

He'll give you a piece of paper with PRMC's pretty much for the next year, some will have been crossed out, For me the first 2 was crossed out (Had to wait 5 weeks minimum)

Just want it out of the way, i know i can pass, even now, when is your prmc.

and how do you know that? Have you ever done bottom field? the assault course? gym test 2?

Dont underestimate those, they are undoubtably the hardest parts, and theres no real way to train for them

Beardo, Iam sorry if i sound like a tit, comin from some 1 who has pased the prmc. I haven't underestimated any bit of the course, i have done everythink i my power to get to my current fitness and mental levels.
When i was on my college course last year we done a 3 day course with the royal marines at capel curig in wales. Hear they set up most of the prmc test,
so i do know what the prmc requires, i know iam going to get people comin on and telling me how wrong iam, and iam a w@#k. (iam just waiting for artist to come on) :lol: . no, really i mean know disrespect, to any 1.

Glad you understand, There is only one thing that iam worryed about, and that is if i get injuryed on our before the prmc, did you have this worry.

I started gettin shin splints about 3 weeks before, so I just laid off the running and did lots more on the X-trainer
