forget my last it should have said "buy a half size bigger than normal" and not a size and a half, oops........that would be like running in flippers

E159,
Tried Mizunos on in the shop and they didn't feel right.
The ugly half had a pair at one time and they spent more time in the back of the cupboard than they did on his feet.
You've got to go and put them on to see what they feel like...no point buying "blind" over the internet or mail order.
Goldie,
Maybe thats why i never saw those Reeboks in a shop anywhere...they were considered too good for human consumption

I got issued with them at Guildford cos they were doing some sort of trial...so many of us got Reebok and so many of us got Hi-Tec Silver Shadow type thingys.
Its the only pair of Reeboks that I've ever been able to wear

work out what sort of runner you are mate i.e pronator etc
look at running and fitness magazine or todays runner as they review all types of shoe and tell you which ones will support your style of running.
what races and where mate

I have got adidas climacool 2, they seem to do the trick for me. I have a limited budget so i could not afford a really expensive pair.

If you're training for the navy, why not just get yourself a pair of hi-tecs?
Not because there fantastic, but because you will be wearing them during basic.
