Im 18...
took me nearly a year to get those press up scores so im a working example training works!!!
anyone know any troop start dates in mid - end of july they would be very useful!

its PJFT mate - Pre-joining Fitness Test = 1.5 mile treadmill run - do a search theres a bag full of infomations
i got 60 press ups
80 sit ups
6 pull ups and
11.4 on the bleep test

Bit late, but well done Davo...scores aren't awful either
I've posted this somewhere else, but it seems that all the courses at the end of July through August are full, I asked for a date at the end of July and got 6th September. I guess this is due in part to the people leaving school after exams and going straight in.
Bennett, as the others say, search, but briefly:
Application forms -> Recruit tests -> Interview -> PJFT (1.5 miles on a treadmill in under 10min 45s, though you really want to look at getting down to well under 9min 30s or faster) -> Medical -> PRMC.
