I guess I am prepared as I can be. A bit nervous about the tenderness in my right shin but it should be OK with some rest. I did a bleep test yesterday to see how I would get on and scored 12.8 which is an improvement on my previous score of 11.10

I feel good about PRMC. I am sure it will go well.

fodd, good luck with basic - just keep your mind focused on the end goal!

bleep test 12
press ups 41
sit ups 67
pull ups 3 slipped of bar
assault coarse i done in 3.27 my first prmc i do it in 4.05

the 3 mile run was easy
and gym test 2 was easy- i done loads of circuit training before i went!
just ask jmc about my sprint perfomance!

my current scores after a 4 mile run are:

60 push-ups (I finally cracked this last week)
65 sit-ups in 2 minutes
6 pull-ups

I don't know what my 3 mile run time is at the moment, I have replaced them with 4 milers which I complete in just over 28 minutes.

Bummer about slipping off the bar - at least it happened after you hit 3.

So what's involved in the sprints? Do you just run backwards and forwards a set number of times as a group, or do you race eachother?

Edited because too much information was given away. Don't make it too easy for other people. Some information is fine but some will make the Corps weaker if people know certain things. Please keep some of the mystery. I know each PRMC is different...

I've seen the last post and I just wondered
What is the minimum amount of press-ups you have to do?
I have just worked out how to do them properly so I want to know that.
