Hi Jules, the Mans a Dipstick of the first degree, but don't take it from me? The whole of north wales Thinks so....Hes a Pratt....Twice now his daughter has been done for speeding, like 80% of the population (not me YET).... But she has NOT been prosecuted......Oh wonder of wonders.....HE NEEDS TO GO.....anywher
