This place in Brum seems interesting:

Nightingales
Essex House, Kent St (0121) 622 1718
Three-floored venue with banging tunes and a heaving dancefloor. Upstairs in the Piano Bar drinks are half price until 11.30, and transvestite Sandra plays beautiful piano tunes whilst being drowned out by cheesy dance, house and cult gay anthems. There’s also a pool room where you’ll come across a broad range of punters. A pure party vibe throughout.
Mon-Thu 10pm-2am, Fri/Sat 9pm-3.30am, Sun 9pm-1am. Fittings Leather Bar 6pm-10.30pm. Wheelchair access.

I will endevour to be there.Having just today returned from a
mini run ashore with Oakers in Brum,
he is deffinatly the man to help with
organisation.Cheers mate great afternoon sesh.

Met Oakers for first time in Pub in Broad St 1300hrs.
LATE afternoon as we are chatting to the barmaid, she
says to us "Im suprised you two blokes are still standing"
and after enquiring as to whether we deserved a free
drink on the house. She says "If it was my pub I would
give you one", yes we bit, a little anyway. :drinking:

I'm sure a bash in Brum is a great idea.......
Get it on Mutley2002. Come on all, make the effort.

Keep me posted all on what's going on. I'm not going to be around as much for a while as work is a slave driver.

Some good news for those that know me, a bit off thread so sorry for that but I passed all of my Police tests, just medical and physical to go!

I think we need to give nina.............er some numbers, and a deposit if this is to get off the ground. I thoroughly enjoyed the PU at Oakhampton, best I`ve had for ages, I would like another this year if possible, so come on nina/oakers, lets get this bash off the starting blocks, we need to get more of the forum eyeballing each other, who`s going to be santa?

Nina, I`m in, where do you want my deposit....depositing?

Right then,

let me know the requirements and any special requirements, i.e. scran, wets, accom etc and I'll do the ground work. If enough want to do it then I'll book something up so we can be self contained and drink till the staff fall over.

It's going to be in Brum so if that's going to cause major problems for all let me know so I have time to re site.

PM's to me on the subject

Have a good weekend you drunken reprobates!  :drinking:

Brum is fine, i couldn't see a problem unless there are any unusual requests to re-site at John O'Groats...hehe....at least Brum is central........

I think the idea was for anyone on the forum to attend if they wished, the idea being to put faces to text, and get to know each other better.
