Rabby - Invincible broke one of its gearboxes coming out of Pompey. They replaced it en route to Ascension. Not bad considering:
a - an aircraft carrier gearbox is as big as a house, and
b - never been attempted at sea before.
Limped into Ascension after all the ships, but came home in triumph - not bad eh?

Condor you are truly an endangered species, you have taken hook line and sinker the ‘official’ view of your governments claim to sovereignty over the Falklands. The problem is you have conveniently missed out any information that is likely to discredit the claims you make (i.e. seeing the other side of the coin), and any sensible claims Argentina may have had to the Falklands was pissed away in 82’. Putting historical and geographic arguments on the table above the concerns of the Falkland Islanders will be brushed aside, and rightly so, and it also proves to me a least that you (Argentina) are not ready for the return of the Falklands.
Quote international law all you like, but it didn’t exist in 1774 and who’s going to enforce it anyway, the U.N.? International Law also provides for the SELF DETERMINATION of the Islanders. Change you attitude, come back in twenty years and ask again.

I accused you because you start insulting...I join this forum in order to exchange points of views about the conflict...
Our national football team realy stincks...please tell me somethjin that I don´t know...hehehe...but I will only say...remember the 86 or 98 hehehe
About our problems...you are right...our economy is a disaster, we got a big social problem...I think that we wont ever be a powerful nation like you, with such a strong economy, I admit it, but it also the poor people has rights...don´t u think so?
Spitz....for your information another reason why I join this forum is because I want to see your side...
I only read 3 British books..."no picnic", "one hundred days" and "one side of the coin"
I also read about 20 argentinias books (about the Malivnas of course) and it was funny...because Argentinean said "20 harriers down" when we all know they were less than that....and British said "40 Skyhaks, 25 Mirages, 20 Pucaras,3 Hercules,5 Camberras down" and the same happened here
I have already read both sides books...I´m really lucky because I talk to some of my friends fathers (all of them were pilots in malvinas) and they told me about the war...for example...Alf Barrionuevo who sunk the Coventry...or and foward observer who told me when he saw how the antelope went to the bottom of the sea
Or one teacher was a commado and told me one of his missions
Now I would like if it is possible to talk to some british who fought in the malvinas...I don´t want to talk about who the Islands belongs to....we wont agree never...
OK see ya...and STOP INSULTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
