At last, some more G troop representation, good to see your name up Andy, sorry I missed you at Bob Pearce's piss up last year
Bumped into Bish the other day, currently running a very nice boozer in Chudleigh, Devon. Suggested that he would be prepared to offer up his gaff for a bit of a do. I think that Billys idea of a pre reunion, reunion is a whizz idea and that we should do it at Bish's pub (possibility of basic accom available) who's up for it? When replying, suggest a date.

This re-union sounds like a good idea.
Can any x E coy members attend or is it just G coy?
Is the George Mason mentioned the one who married Jenny from Malta?
Has anyone heard from Inwood, Beasley, Joanna Jones, Tommo Thompson, etc all x 3 Troop E-coy, from 75-77.
Regards
Browny Brownsell (3 troop E-Coy)

Well recently returned from a visit to the Island. Got to Salerno lines just as they were tearing down G Troops Office. E Troop is still there but it doesnt look like it will be for long, the Coy lines are now a scrap yard. The Maltise army has taken over the accomodation so was not able to see the old grots. Spent

one or two wobbly afternoons at surfside.

I'm up for it. How about Dave Raven for the disco? I have spoken to Mac McCarthy, and Tony Assopardi, what about somewhere central in the UK. Suggest towel and flip flops as the rig of the day!!!!

You had better turn out for this piss up as I don't want to be the only Easy Echo bloke there.
You know what those lads from Gay (later known as Gobblin) Golf and Fornicating Foxtrot are like,I need someone to watch my back.
Besides if Mick Tagg was your stripey you deserve a piss up now and then.

Hi again. Dave Coates (1 troop and E troop, 1975 to the bitter end)) here. I'm still trying to get to grips with this modern technology and having forgot my password could'nt actually get in to the site. We've gathered a few of us together now and although the proposed date is a couple of years away, that time will soon pass (I know, we are'nt getting any younger). Has anyone thought further about where to have the reunion yet. Malta would be good but maybe that's asking a bit much. What happens next?
Regards to everyone.
Dave.

Had recent communications with Henry Phellps and Roy Scot(Scotty)and there will be a reunion early next year for SALERNO. Scotty who is still serving (scared of getting a proper job) has kindly offered to book SGT'S MESS CTCRM- Feb 2003 - so it is official, providing we can confirm numbers within the next month! So far, thanks to Sharky, a lot of guys have come out of the woodwork but there must be lots more. So it is now really a case of contacting anybody and everybody so I can forward the lists to Henry and Scotty. Watch this site for further details!!!!!! LET'S HEAR FROM MORE OF YOU!!!!
Cheers - Billy Court

Well done Scotty and Henry, I feel a bit churlish having posed the question and then not done a lot about it. Feb next year in the diary, I can vouch for Mason (he cant do computers but he can still do getting pissed very quickly). Look forward to seeing some old faces.

My ghari drivers licence has expired but I'd love to go just for the Craic. Nurse would attend, complete with stomach pump and bail bond!

Roy Lewton & Mel Howe have ben listed as definates for February, Kev Donovan and Robbo are strong probables (and they are travelling back from Malta for this, what dedication), Maxi is a possible.
Re shoulderholsters earlier post, this is a Salerno Coy Group reunion, not 41 Cdo en masse.
Bob Perace tells me that Billy Court is compiling the master list for onward transmission to Henry Phelps. Minimum 25 names needed to confirm the booking so come on guys, get posting your confirmatipons here along with the names of any non IT literate who you know will DEFINATLEY attend
