Running in minutes and not miles is a v.good way to run. try for at least 30mins a time, steady pace. doing miles will mean sooner or later you will get quicker everytime, which is good, but you will loose minutes of training. :D

i just manage to scrape height requirment by an inch, im about about 5"5 aswel, what a height!! must be 5"4+

Also depends on muscle etc. Muscle is heavier than fat so if you hammer the weights a lot, take that into consideration.
