Well i guess as you are both Mods then you prob know each other.... sure I could assume you were a police officer but it would be just that.

how can you measure a deterrent?

bottom line its a subjective thing and in many ways it isn't something that can really have an answer, just opinions.

Mine is it wouldn't work.
