You are correct in your assumption that I was using the Eye Spy book of Dog Turds,but that is really just a beginners publication,and also mostly confined to turds of Britain and Northern Europe.
The Observers edition is more for the purist and covers most of the globe except Russia and China (although the Panda Shite edition is quite good but out of my field of interest).
The White Poodle and Westie theories have been disproven last year,by the eminent Parry of Pooperill who conducted in depth experiments without goverment backing and interference from DEFRA.I will go into these in greater depth at a later date.

This thread is a load a shite. Shoulders, would that be the same Parry who is a famous gynaecologist in the vicinity of Cornish country?. If so,one wonders how he finds the time to turn his considerable talents to the inspection and cataloguing of dog shite. whilst keeping control of his confederate,Mangle,who,as we all know, is a little over enthusiastic in his work on female genitalia.

Remember that little puppy he bought a couple of years ago?,well it wasn't just a pet!.
Your input on this subject would be of great interest,as you had the chance to see the Turds of a Dying Empire,were white turds a naturally occuring thing in Suez or just sun bleached,did the A Rabs really grind it up and sell it to us as Blanco?,these are questions that need answers and only you and JR can help us out.
