hey.. iv just passed my 2.4k at the gym and did it in 10.03... im gdd at my press ups and upper body strength but im shit at press ups.. do they make ya do a lot of them at the next stage? wb pls

Press-ups are not important in the slightest.
10.03 is slow as fcuk, you will suffer big time if you don't get that time down. The course is a 90% failure rate, steel yourself for that and learn to embrace sleep deprivation and constantly being cold and wet.

Under 9:30 is good, but if you aim for under 9 minutes then you will be laughing.
Fastest time on the last aptitude was something like 7:50.
