If he's just turned 16 he'll be going in junior entry maybe that's why he doesn't have to do the PRAC course

Thanks man . And yeah im guessing it is because im going in as junior .
I recon after AFC harrogate . i will have to do PARAC . maybe . Not too sure.

well done on passing para lad....
got my selection next thursday cant wait but am worried on run have done the time its just doing it on the day

Try not let nerves get the best of you . I added 30secs to my time due to been too aprehensive .
i came 10th overall with 9:32 . First lads came in with 8:44 i think .
Hes adult para though .
After i came in for my run i was sick in the tunnel ( where you finish )
the PTI's told me they was very impressed that i pushed myself that much .
Make sure you Give it all you have on everything in the 2 days .
About 10 lads failed due to been rubbish on the Team Tasks . Just makesure you shout and get herd. Even if its wrong . its the input that counts .

Erm was out of 40 of us .
i was yougest there . as im 16 and 1month
i did good though .

you passed thats enough... im 25 been abusing body a little longer lol, iv had to come from total none fitness to fitness again
i used to be really fit when i was 16
well done any way mate. bet you cant wait for next step

Loooking forward to harrogate . Carnt wait . Then phase 1 and Phase 2 with the Para's
i know its going to be hard . and its going to push me byond my limets . but its what i want . and What i WILL acheve

Yeah congats Tom. Even if you didnt do too well on the run you made up for it on the static lift, well done mate.

When i was on my run . I thought to myself .
Right c'mon The Lads at mfat are backing you . aha and just went all out .

If anyone here has recently been through selection, please can they confirm that all these tests are done?

And the run times are not what my careers Sgt gave me to aim for. hmmm
