At ADSC is it press ups for 1 minute or 2 minutes?

i am going to glencorse on the 18/19th May....is that the same one as you?

Alright lads . Passed selection yesterday

Dont listen to the people that say 2min pressups / Situps because it dosn't happen . I went to Glencore .
Just wondering to anyone that is a bit further on ahed than me .
Do i ring / go to my AFCO now and then see what happens from here on ?
or will they get in touch with me .
I Am going to AFC harrogate aswell .

Well done mucker! Thought that you didn't have to do the press up's and sit up's! I didn't last time.

I went straight into my AFCO and let them know I passed (think they know anyway) and they will probably get a PRAC date. Not sure if you will have to do the PRAC if your going to Harrogate though?

Just rung my AFCO up . They said Well done .. They will ring me when i have a date for Intake Into harrogate . Probally be September . Due to all My Exams and that . And didnt mention anything about PRAC . Which i am quite relived aha .
Couldnt have done it without all you guys on here though . All been VERY supportive and gave great tips .

got a grade A
Runtime was 9:32 . bit dissapointedd . im normally around the 9min mark .
got 142.32kg on static lift aswell .
not bad for just turned 16 ehhh ?

Fair play mate, that's some good scores! As if you don't have to do the PRAC...!

Sounds all good for you then mate. Get your exams out the way, bit of a chill out then to Harrogate!
