Anybody know if the run times have changed or still the same?

Last I heard it was:

Paras - 9:40
Level 1 - 12:45 (Infantry & Pioneers)
Level 2 - 13:15 (RA, RAC, HCV & RE)
Level 3 - 14:00 (All other arms & corps)

Also what it PSSR?

I am also wondering about run times as well because i'v been told that R Irish has a different run time to the rest of the infantry.

Suppose if you just train for the quickest time you will be OK. I'm applying for Royal Artillery but i'm trying to get my time down to Para standard. Today I clocked 9:53 so hoping to shave 20 seconds off come ADSC.

They say the same about the Mercian regiment. They also have to get 10.30

Having a bit of a debate with my mate at the moment and wondering if any of you guys can help settle the argument??

We are arguing about wether or not you have a blood test at ADSC?

I thought you would do so your blood type is on file, my mate reckons you don't until you start basic. Can anybody answer this?

Blood test is done at basic not ADSC

I think for the Parachute Regiment you need 9:18 but you are allowed extra time if you can dead lift 116kg which might be the 9:40 you mentioned, 9 minutes is considered a good time though. That's just of the top of my head from what I recall reading so I'm sure Sandy or someone else will correct me. ;)
