Contractor missed the one I use every day in all its many forms,Didn't expect there to be so many though
DILLIGAF
Means, "Do I look like I give a fark"
You`ve obviously got me confused with someone else, who gives a fark
No mate, that was my twin brother, the one who gives a fark
Is this the face of one who cares?
Do I look like I`m a f@#k ing people person? Well f@#k off, then
Er, no offence

On request of sticky I've moved my post about spelling and grammar to this thread...
Lately there have been a few posts by people who have reverted back to text speak, I’m not sure if anyone else has picked up on this but its been severely getting on my nerves!!! Can we all please use the Queens English as it was intended to be used, and forget shortening words and spelling in phonetics, thank you...
I know this isn’t my place to say this, and Moderator's feel free to delete this thread if you wish, it’s just getting on my nerves that’s all...
lew
P.S. And just for you Spannerman there are the corrections that you pointed out…

Can I just point out Lew that 'grammer' is spelt grammar and that 'txt' should read text and that 'queens' should be capitalised and that 'Mods' presumably should read moderators, sorry to be pedantic but..............

Having said that I feel more than qualified to talk in "proper" English and have the ability to write it the correct way.
I am very much in agreement with you, as I belive are most of the "Mods" but it is the youngsters of today who think that they can force themselves upon us.
They are the one's who are wanting to join HM Forces.... I can just see the applications for leave???? The CSM will have a field day saying NO Sunshine fill it out CORRECTLY!!! , and they will go away crying wondering what they have done wrong.
It make you wonder if they play Scrabble??? Sorry it's not a joke, but you have got to laugh....
Don't press the button twice the Mod's should sort it out for you.

What? Do you mean sort of like...ahem (said in a posh imperial voice)... "GET ON THE FLOOR AND SRCUB MY BOOTS YOU DAMNED NATIVE!" I only ask because I don't think thats very PC lol, I'm so boredCan we all please use the Queens English as it was intended to be used

Seriously now (yes I can do it, I just need to get warmed up) I can't stand the text stuff, it's mainly done by the new ones to the site. I think if we just ask them nicely they'll stop it, and if they don't we should just chuck 'em.
Incidently I was going to make a "rules of engagment" thread for the board so we can all put down some rules we would like adhered to and have one of the mods use those magical powers to make it a sticky. It's a shame we have to but I don't think any of the newbies here read the rules when they join. So if you think it's a good idea tell me and I'll post the thread.

apologies :(
Ooops ... wish I'd read this thread before I'd posted.
My apologies folks, to anyone I may have offended ...
I understand
I think I'm a "guilty lady" .... will reread
my threads and see if I can edit any of the expletives.
I usually tend to hold back and not sink to that level,
but am surprized by much I say and do these days.
Can I blame it MENOPAUSE perhaps, and be
forgiven?
