Books...

Post by Brisks »

So I'm planning on applying for 4 para next year and I was wondering if anyone knows any good books on how to train for P coy and the TA CIC. I mainly would like to know because I need to start hinting to relatives what I would like for Christmas or I'm going to end up with crap and also because any advice on how best to train would be really useful.

Wasn't sure if this should be in the TA or Para section but since the TA section is pretty dead I went for this one.

The good news is that the book does actually have programmes for both P-Coy and the Commando course (in addition to UKSF selection obviously). IMO it is definitely worth a read if you are looking for ideas on a training regime.
