just a teeny weeny word of warning, dont mention anything along the lines of how many press ups are you doing or how should you do them. this has been covered a number of times and theres also few PRMC diaries that tell you what you do and so how you should prepare. im not having a go mate, ive got the same ambition as you and your further down the line than me! (being only 16). W.W.W

Theres an abundance of scousers on the forums lately! Jokes to follow presumably.
It doesnt matter what everyone else can do. Knowing that some fitness god can do 100 pressups without breaking into a sweat will demoralise people and it is not important anyway. Just concentrate on your own fitness and worry about other peoples fitness when you are a PTI.

Im just doing circuits (pull ups, press ups, sit ups) in my room which is now converted into a sort of s*** gym, im not doing silly amounts just a decent amount of sets each day. Im just as always concentrating on my running and trying to get the right mental attitude for it, because as the men who have been there and done that throughout the past on this forum have said, the corp isnt all about fitness fitness fitness.

Sorry mate deleted that post, but I have worked my nuts off to get decent scores.
Basically I started doing loads of quality stretching, in the night in front of telly or whatever for a good half hour or more. I found that after I started working on me lower back and torso, banging out sits/crunches just felt a lot easier and more fluid.
Suppose it's logical really.
