Hello All
Just wondered if anyone could tell me how much? and what? civi clothes you need to take with you when you start basic training doesnt say on the Enlistment package

My son did his basic last year.

His kit list stipulated a certain amount of civilian gear.... a couple of shirts, trousers, smart shoes etc.

Being a dutiful mother, I packed him of to Pirbright with far more than was necessary and it turned out that they were told to keep it all packed up anyway as they wouldn't be needing it.

He brought it all home with him after six weeks..... unworn mostly.

Yeah i didnt think there would be much time spent in civis, was kinda hoping there wouldnt aswell :P

take a few, im at ITC (C) and after week 6 you get weekends off so take civvis to go out with, lol you will need them for jesters...

So i take it your doin Para basic then ! How you liking it ? An whats night life like round ITC ? Ill be up there 28th of this month cant wait!!!
