AFC Harrogate Parachute regiment

If you join the parachute regiment at 16 and go to harrogate AFC. Do you go straight into phase 2 after the initial 42 weeks at harrogate? Because i have heard from a para that they are put into week 6 of phase 1 after harrogate...?

I think the delay might be over your age as you would be listed as a boy soldier

So if i join at 16 and a half or 17 it could make a difference? Also do serving paras look down on other paras who went to harrogate as they didnt do depot from day 1? Cheers
