Army or RAF!!

Hello,
Im 25 and i have always wanted to join the forces. Due to life committments (know how it is!!) i have always let other things get in the way.
Is 25 too old!!??? Also the question i have always asked myself is Army or RAF, i am qualified to A level standard and have always been interested in working within Healthcare, but what i dont want is to be just shuffling paper around in a med office,
