Hi,

Just watching that bbc documentary "the paras".. do they still make you do that 'cabaret' thing you see the recruits doing? It looks like a laugh, just wondering.

Also, it mentioned something about exams on training, what written or any other type exams do you do in your time there?

I didn't do the show when I was in, I think you'll find a lot has changed since that documentary, that was winter 1981....23yrs ago...although Corporal Bob Baker was my plt Sgt at Depot, top bloke!!!

yeh, looked like a good way to lose a few teeth. ;)

naa, i'm pretty sure i read somewhere it was recently replaced for tabbing or something.. must find that post. :)
