Guys,

I have a problem; on another site there is a guy with the handle of Untrique or similar; who claims to have been 3 Para; but here's the problem:

He's an insulin dependent diabetic from birth???


Surely he can't be a Para?

Any help gratefully recieved; if he is a walter he is very well read, quoting Baruckie Sangar etc, but that can be obtained from books can't it?

Like I said, any help gratefully received

I believe that any form of diabetes is an outright bar to entry. This guy is obviously bullshitting. Even if he manage to get past the medical he'd have been unable to hide having to 'shoot up' every day.

I would have thought it would be nearly impossible to pass the P Course with that problem. You would have to be 100 per cent fighting fit to be a Soldier in the Para's.
