Well done on passing how was it? I've got mine on the 25th any advise? PRAC you do the 1.5 mile run but to begin you do a 3.5 sqauded run you got the trainasium, steeplechase. Press ups sit ups all that sort of stuff jus keep fit keep training your do fine.

Its a brush no push ups or sit ups jst the powerbag lift and jerrycan lift, expected more to be honest keep your head down chin up you'l be sweet, dont be shy either there looking for character. Cheers for the feedback mate wasnt sure of the 3.5 miler warm up or if it was 1.5 warm up, heard all sorts. Any idea when the intakes for PRAC actually are?
