Green laser dazzler can be used in War ?

One of our customers said:

I am a United States Navy Petty Officer First Class requesting to purchase
your
532nm Green laser dazzler.I am getting ready to do my third tour in the gulf
war, and have had many situations where We could have used these as a
Deterrent. Plus nothing says stay away better,than a bright laser. I feel at
this point that I am pushing my luck going for another tour and would like
to have an extra bit of insurance with keeping people away from me and my
guys.
