Deadly battle at Ong Thanh, Vietnam War

On Oct. 17th, 1967, Alpha and Delta companies of the 2-28-1 U.S. Division engaged in one of the Vietnam War´s most ferocious fights.
Claiming 64 Americans lives lost, the battle report was not declassified until 1991.
